Uniting NSW.ACT is hiring for a newly created Governance Specialist within the People Experience team, based in Parramatta CBD with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote). You'll help strengthen governance, risk, and assurance across HR processes following a recent HRIS implementation.
The role combines hands-on risk assessment, control testing, and reporting to senior leaders. You'll work with People Systems and Governance and collaborate with HR, payroll, and business partners to map
