Pegasus Community Care in Kings Park, NSW, is seeking a Rostering Team Leader to guide the Workforce and Allocations team and ensure productive rostering for a 24/7 service.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience in rostering, staff development, and managing complex scheduling while maintaining high client service and compliance.

The position is based in Kings Park and involves occasional weekend work and an after-hours on-call roster.
