What You'll Be Doing

- Bringing our range to life through styling, storytelling and genuine product knowledge
- Helping customers build baskets naturally, from the one item they came in for, to the full look they didn't know they needed
- Creating a store experience that feels premium, curated and welcoming
- Hitting commercial targets (sales, ATV, IPS) the salt&pepper; & Custom Chef way, through expertise and care, never pressure
