We are currently recruiting for a friendly Sleep Apnoea (CPAP) Consultant/ Pharmacy Assistant willing to join our team at Alice Springs Pharmacy on a Full-Time basis. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in the role.

About the role:

- Demonstration and trial of CPAP equipment;
- Sale of CPAP machines, masks and accessories;
- Ongoing patient care and monitoring;
- Conducting sleep data analysis;
- Stock control and ordering of CPAP machines;
- Maintenance and cleaning of CPAP machines within the pharmacy following customer trials;
- Working closely with the supplier and the pharmacist manager to provide excellent customer care;
- Administration and booking of patient appointments;




- Assisting customers within the pharmacy when not attending to sleep apnoea duties;
- Maintaining stock and consulting room presentation standards;
- Handling cash/eftpos transactions;

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience with CPAP therapy or closely related area will be highly regarded;
- Caring and committed to excellence in customer service;
- Professional and well organised with positive attention to detail;
- Highly motivated, honest and reliable;
- Strong communication skills with good telephone etiquette
- Computer Literacy;
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
