Valet – Mercedes-Benz Brisbane | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Located in the heart of Newstead, Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a professional and customer-focused Vehicle Valet to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and premium experience. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their presentation, enjoys working with people and thrives in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a professional first point of contact
- Locate and safely move vehicles throughout the dealership
- Assist customers with general enquiries
- Arrange customer transportation when required
- Liaise with Service Advisors to support daily operations
- Respond to customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints promptly
- Ensure vehicles and customer areas are presented to a premium standard

About You

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail




- Ability to build rapport quickly and respond calmly to customer concerns
- Confidence driving and manoeuvring a range of vehicles
- A current and valid Queensland driver licence
- Luxury hotel, automotive or premium retail experience is highly regarded
