Four Hundred is North Sydney's favourite rooftop Mexican bar — killer margaritas, bold Latin flavours, and a rooftop perch above Greenwood Plaza that puts every guest in out-of-office mode. We're part of the Tilley & Wills Hospitality Group, an independent, multi-award-winning hospitality group with over 30 years of experience running some of NSW and SA's most iconic venues. We don't do average — we do bold concepts, great food, show-stopping events, and a team culture worth bragging about.

We're on the hunt for a Casual Floor Supervisor to help lead our floor team through busy à la carte service and events, keeping the fiesta running smoothly while our guests have the time of their lives.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading shifts on the floor, setting the pace and energy for the whole team
- Supporting, coaching and inspiring waitstaff throughout service
- Opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-shift reporting
- Managing the floor during high-volume periods and functions, solving problems before guests notice them




- Working hand-in-hand with kitchen and bar leads to keep service seamless
- Upholding section and service standards, and stepping in wherever the floor needs a hand

What we're looking for:

- Previous supervisory experience in a busy à la carte restaurant or bar essential
- Current NSW RSA (RSA Marshal or Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card highly regarded)
- Natural leadership — someone the team wants to follow, not just answer to
- Calm, decisive and solutions-focused under pressure
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Availability across a casual roster, including weekends and nights
