The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project and commercial operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, while maintaining compliance and vendor relations. Key Responsibilities
- Project Accounts Payable & Receivable: Efficiently process transactions, verify invoices, and manage purchase orders.
- Supplier & Financial Management: Register new suppliers, support tax-related processes, and assist in financial audits.
- ERP & Financial Systems: Ensure optimal use of the ERP system for business performance and provide system support.
- Reporting & Compliance: Assist in month-end financial processes, generate reports, and liaise with stakeholders on accounting standards.
- General & Ad Hoc Tasks: Support system upgrades, contribute to financial projects, and execute additional administrative duties to support other teams when required.
- Vendor & Customer Relations: Manage vendor communications, resolve payment issues, coordinate outstanding receivables, and negotiate payment terms with suppliers.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion when handling financial data.
- High proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with procurement software and expense tracking platforms.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Payable/Receivable processing.
- Technical Skills: Experience managing financial transactions, vendor relations, and compliance reporting.
- Fluent English
