Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end IBM ECM/FileNet solution architecture initiatives.

- Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ECM platforms.

- Drive ECM modernization, migration, and cloud transformation programs.

- Architect integrations between IBM FileNet and enterprise applications.

- Conduct architecture workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Teams, and Delivery Leadership.

- Support proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and technical design.

- Provide governance, risk management, and technical leadership throughout project delivery.

- Mentor delivery teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- 8+ years of IBM ECM/FileNet experience.

- Robust expertise in:

- IBM FileNet P8 (Content Engine & Process Engine)

- IBM Content Navigator (ICN)

- IBM Case Manager

- IBM Enterprise Records Manager

- IBM Datacap

- ECM Solution Architecture & Design

- Java/J2EE and API Integration





- Content Migration and Upgrade Projects

- Stakeholder Management

- Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desired Skills

- Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Governance

- Records Management and Retention Management

- Cloud Migration (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Microservices Architecture

- OpenText, Documentum, or SharePoint

- DevOps and CI/CD
