The Right Place Disability Services is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Manager / Service Manager to lead daily operations in Wagga Wagga. This key leadership role ensures excellent service delivery, solid team performance, and full compliance with NDIS standards.

You will oversee a team of support workers, coordinate participant plans, build relationships with participants and families, and drive continuous service improvements in a supportive, inclusive culture.
