Are you an experienced Process Technician looking for your next prospect? We are working with several well-regarded gold and lithium operations across the Goldfields, Mid-West and Pilbara region and are actively seeking skilled Process Technicians to join their teams.

This role is suited to operators with previous base-metals processing experience who enjoy working in a high-performing team and are committed to safety and operational excellence.

- Work across crushing, grinding, CIL/CIP, elution, control room, flotation DMS and gold room operations

Key Responsibilities

- Safe operation and monitoring of processing plant equipment including crushing, grinding, CIL/CIP circuits, and tailings management
- Conducting routine sampling, process control checks, and plant data recording
- Identifying and reporting process variances,



equipment faults, and potential safety hazards
- Supporting planned and unplanned maintenance activities and shutdowns
- Completing shift reports and handovers accurately and on time
- Working collaboratively with the metallurgy, maintenance, and operational teams to optimise plant performance

Requirements:

- Previous base metal processing experience. - Minimum 2 years
- Loader Operator experience and ticket or Bobcat experience and ticket
- Current WA Driver's License
- Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Test tickets ideal
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
