Your role The UBS Investment Banking Development Challenge offers students a hands-on experience simulating a real-life transaction, providing insight into what a career as an analyst at one of Australia’s leading investment banks could look like.
Your team Throughout the case competition, you’ll be guided by country, sector, and product teams within our Global Banking (GB) business. We provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate and financial institutions across Australia and beyond.
Your expertise We’re looking for students in Australia who
- are in their penultimate year of study, graduating at the end of 2027
- demonstrate values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
- are strategic thinkers with strong communication and analytical skills
