? We’re Hiring: Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant

? Employment Type: Full time

? Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant to support daily accounting, finance, reporting, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in developing their accounting and finance skills while gaining hands-on experience in a professional business environment.

? Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.

• Process invoices, payment requests, receipts, and expense claims.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Perform data entry and maintain financial records in accounting systems.

• Assist with bank reconciliations and transaction verification.

• Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on accounts receivable when required.

• Assist in preparing invoices, statements, schedules, and financial summaries.

• Maintain organized records of receipts, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial analysis.

• Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing relevant documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding finance-related matters.

• Perform general administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar systems is an advantage.

• Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
