About the Role

Pannam Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to support the day-to-day accounting and payroll functions across our business.

Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end payroll, including maintaining employee pay details and employment conditions
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Banking and account reconciliations
- Balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
- Preparation of month-end journals




- Payroll tax, superannuation and STP
- POS, voucher and deposit reconciliations
- Assisting with audit requirements and financial reporting

About You The successful applicant will have solid accounting and payroll experience, robust attention to detail, and the ability to manage their responsibilities independently.

Experience with MYOB, Tanda and Excel will be highly regarded, while previous experience within the hospitality or licensed club industry would be an advantage.

This is a full-time opportunity based at Hoppers Crossing, Victoria, offering a salary of $65,000 plus superannuation.
