WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As our Activation Manager, you will take ownership of campaign activation across a portfolio of clients, managing bookings, trafficking, and optimisation across digital channels. You will work closely with planners and clients to bring media strategies to life, troubleshooting in real time and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from brief through to reporting. You will mentor junior activation staff,



take the lead on platform best practice, and be a trusted point of contact for clients on delivery and performance.

There is genuine scope here to grow into a leadership role as the team continues to expand.

YOU WILL NEED

- 3+ years experience in media activation, trafficking, or campaign management
- Agency-side experience
- Hands-on platform experience across programmatic, paid social, and/or search
- Robust understanding of media metrics and the ability to translate data into client-ready insights
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once

IT'S NICE TO HAVE

- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
- Certifications across major ad platforms
