2. Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business, including filing, data entry and document management (electronic and physical).
3. Providing administrative support to our training division — including scheduling training, supporting trainers and students, and assisting with RTO compliance requirements — as part of a broader workload.
4. Preparing and editing documents, reports and presentations.
5. Coordinating schedules, bookings and calendars across multiple team members.
6. Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
7. Supporting invoicing, purchase orders and basic financial administration.

10.
Ad hoc project and administrative support as required.
11. Upholding our company values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven administration experience in a quick-paced office environment.
2. Excellent attention to detail and a genuinely organised approach to work.
3. Robust multitasking and time-management ability — comfortable juggling several priorities at once.
4. Efficient, self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
7. A proactive, can-do attitude, professional manner, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Preferred (Not Essential) Skills:
1. Previous exposure to training coordination, RTO/compliance administration or the safety industry.
2. Experience with a Student Management System.
3. An understanding of accounting principles.
4. Solid customer service skills.
