We are currently looking for a reliable, organised and motivated Administration Assistant to join our busy office team.

About the Role

Working closely with our operations and administration team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Data entry and processing using Jaix Freight Software with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- General administration and office duties
- Supporting the daily operations of the business
- Assisting with customer enquiries and providing friendly, professional service
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in transport or logistics – essential
- Experienced with Jaix Freight Software – preferred but not essential
- Confident with computers and data entry




- Well organised with excellent attention to detail with high emphasis on accuracy
- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy workplace
- A clear and confident communicator
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Reliable and willing to be part of a team
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a family business
