Advice Operations Lead

Bring structure and momentum to advice delivery across a growing wealth management group. This senior leadership opportunity will shape delivery standards, develop high-performing support teams and strengthen the client experience.

Working closely with advice, compliance, operations and technology leaders, you will lead the Associate Adviser, Paraplanning and Client Services functions. You will establish clear service standards, strengthen hand-offs, improve capacity and reduce rework across the end-to-end advice process.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end advice delivery model across Associate Advisers, Paraplanning and Client Services.
- Set clear expectations for quality, productivity, turnaround times, capacity and client outcomes.
- Build scalable workflows, practical service standards and disciplined operating rhythms.
- Partner with compliance, operations and technology to strengthen controls, systems and automation.
- Develop capable leaders and accountable, high-performing teams.
- Own and improve the Professional Year program and future adviser pathways.
- Use data, client feedback and operational insight to drive continuous improvement.

Necessary experience:

- Extensive experience in financial advice delivery, paraplanning leadership or advice-adjacent management.




- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end advice process, including preparation, modelling and implementation.
- Demonstrated success improving service delivery, workflow efficiency and quality.
- Confidence leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Sound commercial judgement, a client-focused mindset and the ability to simplify complexity.
- Working knowledge of advice compliance requirements, Microsoft Office and XPlan.
- A relevant degree in financial planning, finance or a related discipline will be well regarded.
