What We're Looking For

Previous residential aged care experience is essential.

You’ll also need

- Current National Police Check
- Australian work rights
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of infection control and aged care standards
- Reliability and the ability to work independently
- Required vaccination and compliance documents or able to obtain

Food safety training and previous aged care meal service experience will be highly regarded. We’re looking for people who understand that aged care is more than hospitality or cleaning. You’re working in residents’ homes, so respect, care and professionalism matter.
