We are seeking a house-keeper to join our Airbnb house-keeping team with an immediate start available to a suitable candidate.

About the role:

Housekeeper / Airbnb Cleaner

Swainson is looking for experienced housekeepers to help clean and prepare short-stay accommodation properties across Adelaide. This is physical, fast-paced work involving cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and outdoor areas to a high accommodation standard.

Duties include:

- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, ovens, microwaves, floors, windows and common areas
- Stripping and making beds




- Taking linen to and from our warehouse
- Using vacuums and carpet-cleaning machines
- Using smartphone apps to follow jobs and report issues
- Picking up/dropping off keys, linen or small furnishings
- Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs or fixing blind cords
- Working safely and meeting daily productivity targets

You must have:

- Previous cleaning or accommodation housekeeping experience
- Ability to drive vans and a current driver's licence valid in Australia
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift, bend and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to work independently and communicate with a team

Experience gardening or basic maintenance is highly regarded.
