Our Securitisation team within the Fixed Income & Currencies Division offers institutional issuers and investors access to securitisation products through the provision of rated term debt, structured warehouse facilities, corporate loans, bond structures, and equity, often collaborating with other business groups across Macquarie Group. Our Securitisation team also manages a large portfolio of capital products for a growing borrower franchise.As a result of growth in the business, we are seeking an Analyst to assist senior team members with the execution of transactions and managing existing balance sheet facilities.

What role will you play?
As an Analyst you will be preparing pitch documents for prospective opportunities, performing cash flow modelling of asset pools and corporates, preparing documentation and periodic reports for clients and counterparties including credit papers, transaction term sheets and warehouse reporting. As part of this you will be working with our Treasury, Credit Risk, Market Operations, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate new lending opportunities. You will also be performing client-driven and internal securitisation data analysis and tasks along with ad hoc special project work for a variety of business growth opportunities.
What You Offer
- Minimum 2 years’
experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Advanced financial modelling skills,
which may have been gained through financial statement analysis, valuation, forecasting, or scenario analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial modelling and PowerPoint for deal approval presentations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (including Claude) to accelerate analysis, document review, and reporting workflows within a structured finance environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Team orientated mindset, commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
- Inquisitive nature and motivation to learn about a diverse range of products.
