As an Appliance Service Technician at Queensland Appliances, you will be responsible for providing expert repair and maintenance services for a wide range of household appliances. Working as a field technician you will be a key part of our team, ensuring our customers receive prompt and reliable assistance to get their appliances back up and running. What you'll be doing

- Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances including dishwashers, ovens, washing machines etc.
- Perform installations for recent and replacement appliances
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering guidance and advice to customers
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Dedicated in-house admin team picks and orders your parts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques

What we're looking for

- Formal qualifications in appliance repair or a related trade - Cert III Appliance Servicing
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as an appliance service technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
