About the role The LIVING ROOM Restaurant is one of Templestowe's finest restaurants, with an excellent reputation for high-quality cuisine and professional service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Chef (1st or 2nd year) to join our team. This is a full-time apprenticeship position that offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your cooking skills under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals, led by Head Chef Dallas McMillan.

As an apprentice chef, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, learning industry best practices whilst contributing to the creation of high-quality dishes that Living Room is noted for. This role is perfect for someone passionate about food and eager to learn and build a career in the hospitality sector.

About us The Living Room Restaurant is a energetic and welcoming establishment with a seating capacity of approximately 100 guests and located in the heart of Templestowe Village. We have approximately 25 full time and casual employees.
