Pollard Building Group are seeking a motivated, hard working and reliable 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of residential construction projects while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

About the Role

You will be involved in all aspects of residential carpentry, including:

- Framing
- Lock-up
- Fixing and fit-off
- Custom home builds
- Extensions and renovations
- Decks
- Pergolas and outdoor living areas
- General site duties and carpentry support

What We’re Looking For

- Current 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th Year Carpentry Apprentice
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team




- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- White Card (essential)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
