Join our team We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Aquatic Customer Service Officers to support our Aquatic Programs across Kingston’s Aquatic centres. This is a wide-ranging and rewarding role that combines customer service, administration, and swim teaching. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our swim school families while helping to deliver quality aquatic education programs that build confidence, water safety skills, and community connection.

About The Role

As an Aquatic Customer Service Officer, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences for our customers and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Learn to Swim Program.

You'll work closely with families, students, swim teachers, and colleagues to ensure our swim school runs smoothly, professionally, and safely. No two days are the same, with responsibilities spanning customer service, administration, enrolments, program support, and swim instruction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organised, and making a positive impact in their community.

- Candidates must provide reliable and ongoing availability that supports the needs of the Swim School program.

What You’ll Deliver

- Exceptional customer service and support
- Efficient management of enquiries, enrolments, and bookings
- Smooth day-to-day Swim School operations
- Safe, engaging swimming and water safety lessons
- Administrative support for all aquatic programs




- Positive relationships with customers, participants, and colleagues

Your Skills And Experience We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- Excellent customer service and a genuine commitment to helping people
- Sound communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
- Confidence resolving enquiries and identifying practical solutions
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- The ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages participation, skill development and water safety awareness.

Qualifications

- Current Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certificate (SISSS001320)
- Current Teacher of Infant and Pre-School Aquatics certificate (SISCAQU027), or willingness to obtain within six months of commencement
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Employee Working with Children's Check
