Assessor / Estimator – Insurance Repairs

TBuild QLD is growing and we are looking for an experienced Assessor / Estimator to join our team.

This role is focused on insurance assessments and estimating, working closely with insurers and our internal team to deliver accurate scopes and costings across a high volume of claims.

About the Role

- Attend sites to complete insurance assessments and damage reports
- Prepare detailed scopes of works and estimates
- Identify cause of damage and required rectification works
- Liaise with insurers, owners and internal team
- Upload reports and documentation via platforms such as Prime and ENData
- Assist with project handover to supervisors for delivery




- Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and within KPI's

About You

- Proven experience in insurance building/assessing/estimating (essential)
- Strong estimating and scoping ability
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator
- Trade background highly beneficial
