scouted. are excited to be working with an up-and-coming Industrial Developer with a mandate to grow their Melbourne presence. Specialising across the industrial, logistics and commercial sectors, this group are growing fast and now require an Assistant Development Manager to support the Victorian Development team. Open to an individual with experience in engineering, town planning, project management, development, valuations, and/or as an analyst, this role is an opportunity that does not come by very often.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting with planning, design and delivery of all development projects
- Preparation of consultancy agreements, and management/co-ordination of project consultant teams during the development application and documentation phase
- Preparation of Monthly PCG reports and external Investment Committee Papers
- Attend on-site PCG meetings and report on project status, issues and risks
- Provide support to the Asset Management and Leasing Team with leasing enquiries, submission presentations, commercial negotiations and legal documentation
- Supporting the internal and external project managers during pre-development and delivery phases, whilst building strong client and stakeholder relationships
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related Property discipline are essential
- Minimum 2 years of Property or Construction experience
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to learn quickly
- A hard working attitutde, happy to role the sleeves up
- Someone looking to gain exposure, end-to-end, across the full development cycle
