Your Current Role

Two Assistant Development Manager roles are currently available in the Precincts team.

The Assistant Development Managers support project teams by coordinating financial reporting, procurement, stakeholder communication, and project administration across all phases of planning, design, documentation, and construction. One role is focused on precincts such as Fitzroy Gasworks, Kew, Ballarat West Employment Zone and Revitalising Central Dandenong, where you may be required to work across multiple projects.

The other role is focused on precincts at Docklands including City Harbour, Yarra’s Edge, Waterfront City, New Quay and Victoria Harbour, where you may be required to work across multiple projects.

Both roles offer a huge variety of work and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their skills in the development space.

The two roles are 12-month fixed-term opportunities and work on a hybrid, flexible basis. You’ll balance your time between our head office in Melbourne CBD, site offices as required and the rest working from home.
