Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at Arthouse Hotel in Sydney CBD.

This is a hands-on leadership role across busy bar trade, dining, functions, corporate events and live entertainment. You’ll work alongside the Venue Manager and leadership team to lead great service, develop the team and keep this multi-level venue running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead shifts across bars, dining, functions and events
- Set clear priorities and keep each area moving during busy service
- Coach the team to deliver friendly, efficient and memorable customer experiences
- Coordinate with bar, kitchen and events teams to deliver well-run functions
- Manage venue administration, cash handling and daily reporting
- Maintain liquor licensing, food safety and workplace safety requirements

You’ll be a excellent fit if...

- You’ve led busy shifts across different areas of a pub, hotel, bar or similar venue
- You genuinely care about creating extraordinary customer experiences and helping your team do the same
- You’re confident moving between bar service, dining, functions and events
- You lead with positive energy, sound judgement and clear expectations




- You’re organised and comfortable with venue administration, cash management and reporting
- You hold a current NSW RSA and can work across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
