About this role

This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging project professional to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while supporting the delivery of a major project package. Partnering with an experienced Package Manager, you'll assist in coordinating design, procurement, contracts, project controls, and construction activities, helping to keep delivery on track from planning through to completion. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the project and play an important role in achieving safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.

- Support the Package Manager in developing and maintaining the package delivery plan, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Assist in preparing package status reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders
- Support preparation of scopes of work, tender packages, and requests for quotation for subcontractors/suppliers
- Coordinate technical queries and design clarifications between the client, design team,



and construction/delivery teams
- Assist in coordinating site inspections, walkdowns, and progress verification where required
- Support close-out activities including as-built documentation, punch lists, and handover packages
- Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve day-to-day package issues

How you can support CoMade

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years' experience in project delivery, contract administration, or package/construction coordination, ideally within an engineering or infrastructure environment
- Working knowledge of project controls concepts (cost, schedule, change management)
- Robust Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint)
- Sound understanding of contract administration principles
- HV substations experience
