Your New Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store’s performance across sales, people, operations and customer experience. You’ll be a hands-on leader who inspires your team, drives results and ensures the store consistently reflects the brand’s values and standards.

- Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
- Be actively involved on the shop floor, supporting customers and leading from the front
- Manage all day-to-day store operations including rosters, wages, stock and visual standards
- Create a positive, accountable team culture where people feel supported and proud of their work




- Monitor store performance, identify trends and take action to maximise opportunities
- Ensure visual merchandising and presentation are always on brand and commercially robust
- Work closely with head office to implement promotions, training and brand initiatives
- Champion a premium customer experience that keeps customers coming back

The Experience Checklist:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail
- A robust people leader with a passion for coaching, development and succession planning
- Sales-driven and commercially minded, confident working with KPIs and budgets
- Highly organised, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on and energetic, thriving in a customer-facing leadership role
- Outlet experience is a plus, though not essential
