Fulfillio is looking for a hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our Distribution Centre in Altona, VIC.

This is a full-time, in office role working closely with the Warehouse Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a busy 3PL environment.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their warehouse career, ideally a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, 2IC or experienced warehouse professional who wants more responsibility and a genuine pathway into warehouse management.

What you’ll be doing:

- Supporting the Warehouse Manager with daily operations
- Coordinating warehouse staff and operational priorities
- Monitoring picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch
- Managing inbound receiving and stock movements
- Investigating inventory discrepancies and stock issues
- Coordinating carrier collections and freight
- Following up delayed, stuck or incomplete orders
- Using WMS and RF scanning systems
- Supporting stocktakes and cycle counts
- Training and supporting warehouse team members
- Helping maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse
- Working hands-on on the warehouse floor when required

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in warehousing,



logistics or distribution
- Previous Team Leader, Supervisor, 2IC or similar experience
- Strong understanding of receiving, inventory and dispatch
- Experience using WMS, ERP or RF scanning systems
- Good computer and operational reporting skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Confidence coordinating and supporting a warehouse team
- Good communication skills
- A hands-on, accountable and reliable approach
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site in Altona

LF/LO forklift licence is highly regarded.
