Our client a renowned Medical Device MNC expanding and they are seeking a Sales Director to lead the ANZ commercial business, driving revenue and market growth through direct sales teams, distributors, and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute ANZ sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across the region.
- Manage distributors, channel partners, and strategic accounts to expand market coverage.
- Identify new customers, markets, partnerships, and commercial opportunities to generate incremental revenue.
- Own sales forecasting, business planning, budgeting, pipeline management, and overall commercial performance.

Key Requirements:

- Proven sales experience within medical devices or capital equipment.
- Proven experience leading and developing direct sales teams in a senior commercial capacity.




- Strong track record managing both direct and distributor/channel models across ANZ.
- Solid commercial acumen with expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, budgeting, negotiation, and business development.
