Audiologist – Permanent Part-Time | Attadale
Clear Ears Perth – Attadale, WA Permanent Part time | 18–22 hours per week | Weekdays
$55 per hour + superannuation
Clear Ears Perth is seeking a passionate and motivated Audiologist to join our expanding team. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional hearing healthcare through comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and outstanding patient care.
Following continued growth in patient demand at our Attadale clinic, we are now in a position to offer a permanent part-time Audiologist role of approximately 18–22 hours per week.
We’re seeking an Audiologist who values precision, patient trust, and high clinical standards. This is a role for someone who wants to step away from sales-driven healthcare environments and into a clinic that is proudly not commission-based. There are no sales targets, product KPIs or expectation to upsell. Your focus is on clinical care and patient outcomes.
Aural microsuction is a hands-on specialty that patients truly value, and we provide training and support to help you develop confidence in safe and effective cerumen management.
The Role
As an Audiologist at Clear Ears Perth, you’ll deliver exceptional ear health services with a strong focus on microsuction cerumen removal, diagnostic audiology (including video-otoscopy, audiometry and tympanometry) and patient education. You’ll work within a supportive clinical team and contribute to the consistent, high-quality care our patients are known to receive.
In addition to comprehensive microsuction training, clinicians will have the chance to undertake in-house training in oto-endoscopic microsuction,
a specialised technique using enhanced visualisation during cerumen removal. This provides an opportunity to further develop your practical ear health skills using equipment and techniques that are not widely used within audiology practice in WA.
This role suits an Audiologist who enjoys hands-on clinical work, values patient-centred care, and is looking to develop or refine their microsuction skills in a dedicated ear health setting.
This is a permanent part-time position based at our Attadale clinic, offering approximately 18–22 hours per week across weekdays, consisting of a combination of AM and PM shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safe and effective manual cerumen removal
- Competently conduct and interpret full audiological assessments to exceptional standards (4 years and above)
- Conduct video-otoscopy and tympanometry
- Custom earplug fittings
- Educate patients on ear health, hygiene and common ear and hearing health pathologies
- Refer appropriately to other health professionals and collaborate in patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Work collaboratively with our team of professionals to ensure the highest standard of care
- Assist in administrative duties as required
About You
To thrive at Transparent Ears Perth, you will be:
- A qualified Audiologist and eligible to practise in Australia
- Calm, confident and professional in your communication
- Clinically thorough with strong attention to detail and safety
- Comfortable working independently
- Motivated to learn, refine clinical technique and uphold high standards of care
- Able to provide consistent availability across a combination of weekday AM and PM shifts
- Looking for a stable, ongoing part-time position
Aural microsuction experience is welcomed but not essential — comprehensive training and support is provided for the right candidate.
What We Offer
- $55 per hour + superannuation
