Associate, Wealth Management – Sydney

At Canaccord Genuity, we're passionate about helping our clients achieve their financial goals. We're looking for an experienced Associate, Wealth Management to join our Sydney team and partner closely with high-performing Advisers to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a financial services professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

As a trusted support partner to our Advisers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless client experience by:

- Supporting a portfolio of Wealth Management clients and their Advisers
- Acting as a key point of contact for client enquiries and account administration
- Managing client onboarding and account maintenance activities
- Coordinating investment administration, settlements and operational processes
- Preparing client documentation and investment-related paperwork
- Working closely with product providers, platforms and internal teams
- Assisting with client meetings, business development and marketing initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client outcomes

You'll bring

- Previous experience in private wealth management, stockbroking, financial planning or a related financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills




- A strong focus on accuracy, compliance and client service
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- RG146 accreditation (preferred)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Commerce or a related field (highly regarded)
