We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Barista and Cafe All Rounder to join our Team! The successful candidate will be available to work 4 weekdays and some weekends (Shift times 7am-3pm) and undertake all duties including:

- Making and serving coffee and tea
- Making cold drinks and smoothies
- Serving and waiting on customers
- Handling cash and using POS and Eftpos facilities
- Monitoring and complying with Workplace Health and Safety Laws.
- Enforcing Hygiene, cleaning and safety standards.
- Other duties as required by the manager.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

- Barista Training (Preferable)

Experience:

- 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Sound experience and knowledge of coffee production

Skills:

- Strong fundamental coffee making techniques




- Able to work independently and with a team
- Must possess POS and Cash Handling experience
- Reliable, self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly
- Must maintain a high standard of hygiene and be well groomed at all times.

Casual role with the potential for a permanent part time role in the future. Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Casual
