The Role The EL 1 Base Manager will manage daily operations and service delivery on Defence bases in Tasmania. An EL 1 Base Manager will have considerable stakeholder engagement and a high representational role. They will identify relevant stakeholder’s expectations and concerns to develop a clear understanding of the methodology and practices to achieve service delivery or other base support outcomes consistently and in alignment with agreed outcomes.
