WE’RE HIRING | BARTENDER – MEMBERS’ LOUNGE A hospitality role with weekends, balance and a little more style.

The Brisbane Club, Queensland’s premier private members’ club, is looking for an experienced, engaging Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team and become a familiar face in our Members’ Lounge.

This isn’t your typical bar role.

Our Members’ Lounge is at the heart of Club life — a place where Members meet for a drink, conduct business, catch up with friends and return week after week. We’re looking for someone who understands that great hospitality is as much about remembering a name, a favourite drink and a conversation as it is about what’s behind the bar.

THE ROLE

Working closely with our Bar Manager, Restaurant team and broader Front of House team, you’ll help deliver an exceptional and highly personalised experience for our Members and their guests.

For someone looking to build a long-term hospitality career, there is also genuine opportunity to develop your leadership skills and progress towards a management role.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring at least 1–2 years’ bar experience, excellent presentation and a genuine enjoyment of looking after people.

Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails is important, along with great communication skills, attention to detail and the confidence to engage naturally with Members and guests.

Experience within a private club, hotel, restaurant, events or banqueting environment would be highly regarded.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with personality, professionalism and pride in their craft — someone who wants to contribute to a team and continue developing their hospitality career.

Australian working rights are required, along with a current RSA certificate at commencement.
