Harcourts Premium Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to deliver outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected brand, work with a supportive leadership team, and play a key role in creating and expanding our Property Management division.

About the Role:

This position combines business development with hands-on property management. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, securing new managements, and ensuring our clients receive industry-leading service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the onboarding of new landlords and properties
- Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring strong retention
- Conduct rental appraisals and prepare proposals
- Oversee routine property management duties, including inspections, maintenance coordination and lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with legislation and Harcourts processes
- Build solid relationships with referral partners and the local community
- Represent the Harcourts brand with professionalism and integrity

What You’ll Bring:





- Minimum 2 years experience in property management and/or business development within real estate
- A proactive, energetic and relationship-driven approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Current Property Management Licence (SA)
- Confidence in using real estate software
- A passion for growth, service and building long-term relationships
