A South Indian culinary brand, is making its Sydney debut at our brand-new Parramatta branch! Known globally for authentic flavors and fast-paced, high-energy dining, we are building a dedicated front-of-house team.

Our beverage program is fully non-alcoholic, focusing on high-volume, premium crafted drinks—from authentic South Indian traditional coolers (such as authentic Jigarthanda and traditional filter coffee) to handcrafted signature mocktails, fruit coolers, and specialty refreshers.

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and fast-paced Beverage Specialist / Drink Maker to run and own our front-of-house beverage station. You will be supported in mastering the traditional techniques, recipes, and signature presentation standards from day one!

Key Responsibilities

- Signature Drink Preparation: Craft a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including artisanal mocktails, iced coolers, signature Jigarthanda, and South Indian filter coffee in strict adherence to brand recipes and SOP standards.
- Station Management & Prep: Set up, organize, and maintain the beverage bar station; prepare fresh juices, fruit cuts, syrups, garnishes, and prep batches ahead of peak dining sessions.
- Quality & Consistency: Ensure perfect flavor balance, aesthetic garnishing, and consistent presentation on every single beverage order.
- Speed & Service Flow: Handle high-ticket volumes during peak evening and weekend rushes,



coordinating with FOH floor staff to ensure prompt drink dispatch.
- Stock & Hygiene Standards: Maintain strict bar hygiene, workstation sanitization, clean appliance operation, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation of perishable ingredients.

Required Experience & Skills

- Hands-on Experience: Proven experience preparing mocktails, espresso/beverages, fresh juices, or managing a dedicated beverage/bar station in a rapid-paced cafe or restaurant setting.
- Speed & Multitasking: Ability to work efficiently under pressure during rapid-turnover meal rushes while maintaining consistent drink quality.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in beverage aesthetics, cleanliness, recipe accuracy, and hygiene standards.
- Communication & Teamwork: Positive attitude, clear communication, and seamless coordination with front-of-house service staff.
- Work Rights: Valid Australian working rights.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
