About the role

This hands-on role involves assisting with boat painting, surface preparation, detailing, launching operations, and general boatyard duties. You will work on a variety of vessels including classic timber boats, restorations, maintenance projects, and recent builds.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with vessel launching and retrieval

- Boat washing, detailing and polishing

- Sanding, surface preparation and paint application

- Assisting with vessel launching and retrieval

- General boatyard labouring and maintenance

- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

- Supporting tradespeople across a range of marine projects

About you

- Reliable, hardworking and physically fit

- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship





- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Able to work effectively within a team

- Previous marine, automotive, painting or trade experience highly regarded
