Are you a Boilermaker / Fabricator who takes pride in your work and wants to work somewhere your skills are actually valued? Superior Steel & Fabrication is looking for a quality tradesman to join our team at our Geebung workshop.

We're a family-owned Brisbane business with over 40 years of combined industry experience, supplying and fabricating steel for builders, engineers, manufacturers, commercial projects and industrial clients across South East Queensland.

We're growing, we've got plenty of work in the pipeline, and we're looking for someone who wants to come in, do good work and become part of the team long-term.

⚒️ No two days are the same

This isn't a job where you'll be stuck doing the same fabrication day in, day out. You'll be working across a broad range of projects, including:

- Structural steel fabrication
- General steel fabrication
- Heavy fabrication
- Beams, columns, RHS, SHS, pipe, plate and angles
- Custom frames and structures
- Commercial and industrial projects
- Infrastructure projects
- Resource-sector fabrication
- Custom one-off jobs

From small custom jobs through to multi-tonne structural projects, you'll get plenty of variety and the opportunity to work on some interesting steelwork.

? What we're looking for

We're after a Boilermaker / Fabricator who knows their trade.

You'll ideally have

- Boilermaker/Fabrication trade qualification or solid industry experience
- Strong MIG welding skills




- Experience fitting and fabricating structural steel
- Ability to read and understand workshop/fabrication drawings
- Good measuring and marking-out skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- A strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and a good attitude
- Pride in the quality of your work
