About the role

As a Branch Assistant / Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in building genuine relationships and finding solutions for customers. You'll be the face of the service, delivering goods safely and efficiently to local customers while supporting branch operations.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver goods safely and efficiently to local customers
- Provide great service and friendly interactions with customers
- Process orders and prepare quotes in the branch
- Support the team with stocking shelves and managing inventory
- Assist with order management to ensure everything is ready for delivery

About you

- Valid open driver's license and secure driving record
- Experience in a similar role and passion for customer service
- Basic computer skills to handle quotes and sales processing
- Team player attitude – humble, hard-working, and always ready to pitch in
