- Rosters: 5:2, 5:4, 7:7, 2:1, 4:2
- Work Types: Underground, surface exploration & blast drilling
- Locations: Across Queensland
- Pay: $41–$43 per hour + super
- Shifts: 12‑hour shifts
- Earnings: $100K+ in your first year
- Start Dates: Immediate starts available

? Clear Career Pathway

- Driller Offsider: $100K+ + super
- Trainee Driller (12 months): $120K+ + super
- Driller Level 1 (2 years): $140K+ + super
- Driller Level 2 (3 years): $160K+ + super
- Driller Level 3 (4 years): $180K+ + super

? Key Responsibilities

- Assisting drillers with rig operation and maintenance




- Handling drill rods and tooling
- Cleaning, measuring, and logging core samples
- General site maintenance and rig cleaning

- Intensive labouring or physically demanding work experience
- High level of physical fitness and resilience
- Clean police record (required for mine site access)
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical & D&A; screen
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Manual C Class licence (HR licence highly regarded)
