Role Description The Broadcom SiteMinder Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining Broadcom (CA) SiteMinder-based access management solutions for client environments. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing security requirements, integrating SiteMinder with web applications and directories, managing policies and rules, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring secure authentication and authorization workflows.

The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional technical and HR teams, document configurations and processes, support deployments and upgrades, and provide guidance on best practices in identity and access management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong experience with Broadcom (CA) SiteMinder, including installation, configuration, policy server and agent management, and integration with web and application servers.
- Candidates should possess skills in identity and access management, single sign-on (SSO), authentication and authorization mechanisms, and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
- Candidates should possess knowledge of web technologies and security protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, SAML, OAuth/OpenID Connect, and standard application architectures.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution within complex, multi-tier environments.
- Candidates should possess experience working in enterprise infrastructure environments, with familiarity in operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows) and networking fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications or experience in cybersecurity, IAM platforms, or cloud security (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, vendor-specific IAM certifications) are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
