Building Concierge | West Perth Apartments

Be the welcoming face of a premium residential community and help create an exceptional experience for its residents.

We are seeking a professional, proactive and service-focused Building Concierge to oversee the resident experience and day-to-day operations at West Perth Apartment Building.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their surroundings and has the confidence to coordinate the many moving parts that keep a residential building running smoothly. This is a full time 7.30am - 4pm role.

The role

As Building Concierge, you will be a trusted and familiar presence within the Apartments and the primary onsite contact for residents, visitors, contractors and service providers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering a welcoming, responsive and qualified experience for residents and visitors
- Managing day-to-day building operations, resident enquiries and communications
- Coordinating contractors, maintenance, repairs and preventative servicing
- Monitoring the presentation, cleanliness, safety and security of common areas and facilities
- Supporting resident move-ins, move-outs, building access and facility bookings
- Conducting regular building inspections and proactively identifying maintenance or operational issues
- Maintaining building records, compliance requirements and operational reporting
- Supporting emergency, WHS and building safety procedures

Above all,



you'll take ownership of the building experience, noticing what needs attention, resolving issues and ensuring residents feel supported and the property is exceptionally well cared for.

About you

You'll be someone who combines great people skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Experience in building management, concierge, facilities management, property, hospitality or a similar environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence coordinating contractors and service providers
- The ability to work independently, prioritise and take ownership
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Good computer skills and confidence learning building management systems
- An understanding of WHS and building safety requirements
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain one

Experience within a residential apartment complex or strata environment would be highly regarded. This is an opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents, take ownership of the day-to-day environment and play an important role in creating a residential community people are proud to call home.
