Blackbook AI is a data and AI consultancy delivering across APAC and North America. We're a Databricks, Microsoft, AWS and UiPath partner, and our work spans data platform builds, AI and agentic solutions, and intelligent automation for enterprise clients.

We're growing our delivery capability and want to talk to solid Business Analysts and Project Managers ahead of upcoming engagements. Roles come up regularly across our client base - this is your entry point into that pipeline.

Business Analysts

You'll sit between the client's business problem and the engineering team. Typical work:

- Running discovery and requirements workshops with stakeholders from analyst to executive level
- Translating messy business processes into clear, testable requirements
- Data-focused analysis: source system mapping, data quality assessment, defining metrics and reporting needs
- Supporting UAT, change and adoption
- Working alongside data engineers, platform architects and automation developers

We're interested in you if you've worked on data platform, analytics, AI or automation projects - Databricks, Azure, AWS, Power BI, UiPath or similar. Consulting or client-facing experience is a strong plus.

Project Managers

You'll own delivery of technical engagements end to end:

- Scope, plan, resource and run projects against commercial targets




- Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations through delivery
- Track budget, burn, risk and dependencies - and raise issues early
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across data engineering, AI and automation
- Identify and support scope extensions and follow-on work

We're interested in you if you've delivered technology projects in a consulting or vendor environment, ideally in data, AI, cloud or automation. Agile and traditional delivery both welcome - most of our work is a blend.
