Role Description This full-time remote Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst role at North Tunisia SOLIDWORKS User Group focuses on supporting business process improvement and requirements analysis for internal initiatives and member-focused projects. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and analyzing existing business processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to clarify needs, preparing clear documentation (use cases, workflows, reports), and assisting in translating business needs into actionable tasks for technical and operations teams. The analyst will also support data collection and basic analysis, help prepare presentations and status updates, and contribute to testing and validating proposed solutions to ensure they meet defined requirements.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose practical recommendations.
- Foundational business analysis skills,



including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience or familiarity with business processes, process mapping, and improvement methods.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information in an organized manner.
- Ability to understand, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Interest in or exposure to engineering, CAD, or SOLIDWORKS communities is a plus.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organization, and self-direction.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms); basic data analysis skills are beneficial.
