The Talent Initiative is partnering with Exco Partners on a major utilities retail transformation . We’re hiring two Senior Business Analysts , and they’re not identical roles.

We need one BA with electricity retail domain experience, and one BA with water utility experience.

The work

You’ll play a key role across multiple domains, including:

- Billing
- Connections
- Payments
- Affordability
- Finance

You don’t need to be a unicorn across every stream, but you do need to be comfortable operating in large, complex utilities (or similarly operational, high-volume environments). You’ll be doing things like

- Working closely with the Retail Transformation team to shape and deliver solutions
- Engaging stakeholders across Billing, Connections, Payments, Affordability and Finance
- Analysing processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting delivery teams through to outcomes
- Bringing a pragmatic,



solutions-focused mindset to a fast-moving program with shifting priorities

You’ll bring

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in utilities or large-scale operational environments
- Domain depth in either electricity retail or water utilities (we’re hiring for both)
- Confidence working across multiple domains and ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (business and tech)
- Experience in Billing, Payments, Connections, Affordability or Finance (highly regarded)
