About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior) to join our growing business and operations team in Australia.
This role is ideal for recent graduates, career starters, junior professionals, and candidates with internship or academic project experience who are interested in business analysis, data analysis, process improvement, reporting, and business strategy.
The successful candidate will work closely with business, operations, finance, technology, and other teams to gather requirements, analyse data, identify business needs, support process improvements, and prepare clear reports and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyse business and operational data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.
- Analyse business performance, trends, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Assist with identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support business-process mapping and documentation.
- Assist with developing business cases, recommendations, and improvement proposals.
- Conduct research on markets, industries, competitors, and business trends.
- Support projects involving process improvement, technology implementation, and business transformation.
- Assist with testing and validating new systems, processes, and business solutions.
- Maintain accurate project, requirements,
and analytical documentation.
- Work with Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Track project tasks, milestones, requirements, and action items.
- Assist with preparing meeting materials and documenting key decisions.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and practical business recommendations.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

- Strong English communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting,
Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, academic project, research, business analysis, data analysis, or relevant work experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, project-management, or business-intelligence systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, process mapping, or requirements analysis is beneficial but not mandatory.
