About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships across the bus and coach industry. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as chasing new opportunities.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the bus and coach industry

Maintain and grow relationships with our existing customer base





Travel to visit customers regularly, representing BSS on the road

Prepare accurate, professional quotations for customers

Organise and coordinate service bookings with our workshop team

Follow up on leads and quotes to convert opportunities into sales

Report on business development activity and pipeline

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Well organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own schedule

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to visit customers

Experience in the bus and coach industry highly regarded
